        Makes 6 Servings
        Channel your inner Italian!
The bright flavor of the lemon and dill in the Willards Kitchen Seafood Rub and Seasoning are balanced perfectly with the tangy capers and slightly thick and savory "slurry" of a sauce. Enjoy over your pasta of choice, such as linguini or spaghetti.

        Ingredient List:

        • 1 lb of linguini or spaghetti
        For the Sauce:
        • 1 cup white wine (pino gris, sauvignon blanc or chardonnay)
        • 1 cup of Chicken Broth or Stock.
        • 1/4 cup Corn Starch
        • 1/4 cup cold or room temperature water
        • 2 tablespoons Willards Kitchen Seafood Rub and Seasoning
        • Juice of one large lemon

        For the Shrimp:

        Directions (Step by Step)

        1. Cook pasta until "al denté". This is normally about 1 to 2 minutes less than box instructions say it needs". Strain and set aside.
        2. While pasta is cooking, make the sauce.
        3. To make the sauce, combine all of the ingredients except water and corn starch in a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
        4. Add corn starch to a small bowl and mix with the water to make the "slurry".
        5. Pour corn starch slurry into simmering sauce and mix until combined and slightly thickens.
        6. Once simmering again, turn off heat and sauté the shrimp.
        7. To sauté the shrimp, add 2 tablespoons butter to a medium-hot pan and add shrimp.
        8. Add 2 tablespoons of Willards Kitchen Seafood Rub and Seasoning and mix.
        9. Cook until no longer translucent and shrimp is cooked through (about 3-4 minutes).
        10. Add pasta to serving dish, top with shrimp, and drizzle over the sauce.
        11. Enjoy!
