Using Willards Kitchen Smoked BBQ Rub you have a delicious and succulent Brisket. Not only that, but the recipe is easy! Enjoy with your friends either with sides of baked beans and cornbread, or perhaps slice it thin and use it on a sandwich.

- 3/4 Cup Willards Kitchen Smoked BBQ Rub

4 Pounds beef brisket, trimmed

2 Cups beef stock
Directions (Step by Step)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Season the raw brisket on both sides with Willards Kitchen Smoked BBQ Rub.

Let sit wrapped in foil or plastic wrap for an hour our place in the fridge overnight.

If you marinate overnight, pull out brisket 1 hour before you start the cooking process to let it get to room temperature.

Place in a roasting pan fat side up and roast, uncovered, for 1 hour.

Add beef stock and enough water to yield about 1/2 inch of liquid in the roasting pan. Lower oven to 300 degrees F, cover pan tightly with lid or aluminum foil and continue cooking for 3 hours, or until fork-tender.

Let sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Trim the fat and slice meat thinly across the grain. Top with juice from the pan.
